Speaking at an event called “Get Included in Changes” held at the American Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, Krstic recalled that a preparation of all systemic laws has begun which will, together with the package of consolidation measures envisaged in the budget, bring about the reduction of grey economy, restructuring of public companies and prevention of problems with state-owned banks.
He reiterated that the implementation of reforms and the adoption of the laws on labour, bankruptcy and privatisation are a precondition for creating a better business environment.
Minister of Economy Sasa Radulovic voiced hope that a bill on amendments to the Labour Law will be discussed by Serbian Parliament in January next year, noting that this is a key legal solution that will enable economic growth and new jobs and a successful completion of the privatisation process.

Radulovic underlined that our country, with new laws on labour, planning and construction, bankruptcy and privatisation, can start with fundamental reforms owing to which citizens will be able to feel progress as of 2015.
Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic pointed out that a good business and investment environment requires legal predictability, which is why the state will work intensively to achieve that.
Selakovic stated that the relevant ministry will work on boosting the working discipline in courts, urgency in solving labour disputes and harmonisation of case law.
