2014 budget step towards recovery of Serbian economy

Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic announced that Serbia’s budgetary deficit next year will be RSD 183 billion, or 4.6% of the GDP, which is less than this year.

In a statement to Radio Television Serbia, Krstic recalled that last night the Serbian government adopted the Bill on the 2014 budget of the Republic of Serbia and forwarded it to Serbian Parliament for examination.
The 2014 budget envisages revenues of RSD 930 billion and expenditures of RSD 1,113 billion.
The Minister stated that the budget was made on realistic grounds and represents the beginning of recovery of the Serbian economy.
