Company Mubadala from UAE interested in building chip factory in Serbia

Director of the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) Bozidar Laganin stated today that the company Mubadala from the United Arab Emirates is interested in building a chip factory in Serbia.
Laganin told Tanjug news agency that this company is currently in a pre-investment process that involves accumulation of a large amount of data, since the building of that factory is a technologically very demanding project.
He said that, judging by the projects which Mubadala realised in the United States and Germany, the expected value of the investment in Serbia is approximately $4 billion.
