Expressed in Euros, the total foreign trade amounted to €5,799.4, which is an increase of 7.7% in relation to the same period last year.
The value of exports amounted to $2,998.2 million, which is a growth of 22.7% in comparison to the same period last year, and the value of imports amounted to $4,675 million, which is a growth of 1.1% in comparison to the same period last year.
The value of exports expressed in Euros totalled €2,265.4 million, which is an increase of 21.7% in relation to the same period last year. The value of imports totalled €3,534 million, which is an increase of 0.3% in relation to the same period last year.
The deficit stands at $1,676.9 million, which is a fall of 23.1% in relation to the same period last year. The deficit expressed in Euros stands at €1,268.6 million, which is a fall of 23.7% in relation to the same period in 2012.
The export-import ratio equalled 64.1% and is higher than the ratio form the same period last year, when it stood at 52,85.
