Industrial production increases in first month of 2013

The Serbian Statistical Office stated today that industrial production in January 2013 increased by 2.4% in relation to January 2012, while in relation to the average of 2012 it dropped by 10.1%.
Observed by industries, in January 2013 in comparison to the same month last year, the mining industry recorded a growth of 11.4%, processing industry a growth of 3.2% and the supply with electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning recorded a drop of 1.8%.
