The Serbian Statistical Office stated today that average gross salary in January 2013 in the Republic of Serbia amounted to RSD 54,447. Compared to the average gross salary in December 2012, this was a decrease of 16.4% in nominal terms and 16.9% in real terms.
The average net salary in January 2013 totalled RSD 39,197 dinars. Compared to the average net salary paid in December 2012, this was a 16.5% decrease in nominal terms and a 17.0% decrease in real terms.
The average gross salary in January 2013, compared to the January 2012, increased by 7.1% in nominal terms and decreased by 5.1% in real terms.
The average net salary in January 2013, compared to January 2012, increased by 7.0% in nominal terms and decreased by 5.1% in real terms.
