Consumer prices in January 2013, compared with January 2012, increased by 12.8%.
Observed by main groups according to destination of consumption in January 2013 in relation to the previous month, the greatest increase of prices was noted in the groups Communication (3.5%), Health (2.8%), Food and non-alcoholic beverages (1.4%), Furnishings, household equipment and routine household maintenance (0.7%) and Alcoholic beverages and tobacco (0.4%), while decrease of prices was noted in Recreation and culture (-3.5%), Clothing and footwear (-1.3%) and Transport (-1%).
Prices of other products and services mostly remained unchanged.
