Dinkic, who is on a working visit to Slovenia, said in a statement to Tanjug news agency that the prime ministers of Slovenia and Serbia, Ivica Dacic and Janez Jansa, agreed to make a coordinated complaint because in the process of succession, a territorial principle for the payment of savings has been established.
The Minister pointed out that the assets of Serbian banks in the former Yugoslav republics had never been returned, which is why Serbia considers the ruling of the European Court to be unjustified.
According to him, the governments of Serbia and Slovenia, in cooperation with the Serbian Ministry of Finance and Economy, will make a strong team of legal experts from the two countries and will try to challenge the ruling through legal means.
