One bid at tender for Fabrika Automobila Priboj

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that only one bid was submitted within the prescribed deadline for the tender sale of 86.49973% of total registered capital of Fabrika Automobila Priboj in restructuring, which was announced on 24 January 2012.
This was concluded at the first session of the tender commission held yesterday. The only bid was made by the consortium made up of Team Constructions Investments LTD London, Great Britain and Finkom Kapital, Kiev, Ukraine.
The members of the commission opened the envelopes containing qualification and additional documents of the bid. The documents will be examined in order to determine whether the bid meets the qualification criteria and if it does, the financial part of the bid will be opened too.
