Azerbaijan interested in investing in Serbia

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy stated today that Azerbaijan is interested in taking part in the privatisation of companies and ports in Serbia and participating at tenders for infrastructural projects in Serbia.
The statement says that Minister of Infrastructure and Energy Milutin Mrkonjic talked today with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Serbia Eldar Hasanov and members of Azerbaijani delegation.
Hasanov and members of the Azerbaijani delegation expressed interest to build a 200 hectare port on the Danube as well as the construction of Sabac port on the Sava.
The Ambassador of Azerbaijan announced a visit of Azerbaijani businessmen in September this year led by Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Azerbaijan, the statement added.
