Police take over border control with Croatia from army

Border units of the Serbian Ministry of Interior have taken control over the259.3 km long border with Croatia from the Serbian Army today.
The border control takeover is in line with EU standards. Croatia conducted the same procedure earlier.
The event in the Moravic watchtower near Sid was attended by representative of the chief of Army General Staff Zdravko Ponos, chief of the General Staff of the Croatian Armed Forces Josip Lucic, Croatian Ambassador to Belgrade Tonci Stanic and Serbian police officials.
