Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Professor Dragan Glamočić, PhD, met today with Ambassador of Slovenia to Serbia Slobodan Šešum.
Glamočić expressed his gratitude for Serbia being selected as the partner country of the 63rd International Agriculture and Food Fair AGRA in Gornja Radgona.
He pointed out that Serbia and Slovenia have developed a strong partnership in the field of agriculture and expressed confidence that there is considerable potential for further enhancing cooperation through new investments, stronger links between the two countries’ scientific institutions and concrete projects of strategic importance for the development of agriculture in both countries.
The interlocutors also discussed opportunities to intensify cooperation in the fields of livestock farming and seed production, as well as in the wine and viticulture sector.
