Serbian Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović met today in Vienna with Austrian Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Family Claudia Bauer to discuss Serbia’s progress in the European integration process, the implementation of the Reform Agenda and current issues in the EU accession process.

Starović emphasised that Serbia remains firmly committed to implementing reforms and fulfilling its obligations on the path towards membership of the European Union, expressing the expectation that conditions will be created in the coming period for the opening of Cluster 3.
The meeting also addressed the organisation of Specialised Expo 2027 Belgrade, which represents an important opportunity to strengthen international cooperation and showcase Serbia’s development potential.
The interlocutors reaffirmed the importance of continuing close cooperation between Serbia and Austria, with Starović expressing gratitude to Austria for its consistent and continuous support for the European integration of Serbia and the Western Balkans region.
