Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Aleksandra Sofronijević spoke today with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Serbia Anke Konrad and representatives of the German Development Bank KfW and GIZ about the implementation of municipal infrastructure projects that are being implemented in Serbia with the support of these institutions.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the Integrated Solid Waste Management Programme in the regional centres of Kruševac and Vranje.
Sofronijević emphasised that Serbia and Germany are achieving high-quality and substantive cooperation, with the belief that there is room for its further strengthening, especially in the field of sustainable development.
The Minister assessed that the cooperation is aimed at the implementation of important projects in the field of sustainable development and modernization of municipal infrastructure.
