Speaking on the new Constitution, Loncar said that this is a historical moment for Serbian citizens, considering the fact that foundations for an independent and modern Serbia with a European perspective are being laid.
He explained that the adoption of the new Constitution will lead to implementation of principles of decentralisation, and will provide the basis for a better life for all citizens, and those who live in Vojvodina.
Bubalo said that the North Banat district has received €22 million from the National Investment Plan for projects proposed, while the municipality of Kikinda, as the administrative centre, has received some €12 million.
He said that Kikinda did not have the opportunity to receive such large scale investment since the Second World War, and pointed to the fact that the most important projects for the city include solving the problem of water supply for which funds worth €3.5 million have been allocated, and the construction of an industrial zone, in which €1.8 million will be invested.
