At a conference themed "Information day of the Tempus Programme for Serbia", Stankovic noted that one of the most useful tools for reform and implementation of the Bologna process, Tempus Project, was devised to successfully contribute to reform activities in line with the Bologna process.
The Tempus Programme is devised to offer the academic community the possibility of taking part in activities related to application and implementation of reform solutions in line with national priorities, Stankovic said.
Head of the European Commission delegation for Serbia Josep Lloveras said that Tempus Project helps the educational system successfully harmonise with the Bologna process.
Lloveras said that its task is to provide dialogue between institutions and people as well as exchange of knowledge and experiences.
He also said that education is one of priorities of the European Commission and added that EU Research Commissioner Janez Potocnik visited Serbia last month and announced a visit of European Commissioner responsible for Education, Training, Culture and Multilingualism Jan Fingel for Thursday, October 26.
According to Lloveras, the European Commission is also ready to greenlight the mandate for visa talks mandate with Serbia.
