31 municipalities receive funds collected through games of chance

Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar today handed over funds obtained through games of chance to representatives of 31 municipalities which will be used to finance projects of local administrations.

Loncar pointed out that a special commission proposed that 43 municipalities out of 92 that applied receive the funds.
The Minister noted than 77 million dinars has been allocated for 31 municipalities, whereas over 105 million is planned for all 43 municipalities.
According to Loncar, the funds delivered today amount to between one and five million dinars.
The municipalities that received the funds are Krusevac, Varvarin, Cicevac, Smederevo, Valjevo, Vranje, Leskovac, Merosina, Sabac, Doljevac, Svrljig, Koceljevo, Ljubovija, Trgoviste and Ljig.
