Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic talked today in Ljig with local self-government representatives about investments in this municipality and said that €2.5 million from the National Investment Plan will be set aside for Ljig's agricultural and tourism development.
At a press conference following a meeting with municipal leadership, Dinkic said that the government supports the idea of basing Ljig's development on investments in agriculture and tourism.
He said that spa tourism is of particular importance for the 132 hectare complex near the Ibar main road, adding that another thermal well will be dug so as to help further development of the Ljig spa and the sports and recreational centre nearby.
Dinkic also visited the construction site in Ljig where several sports grounds are being built.
