Speaking at a professional counseling meeting themed "Changes in labour and social legislation" held on Zlatibor, Loncar voiced hope that the new constitution will be accepted by a great majority of citizens at the upcoming referendum.
With the adoption of the new constitution, legal and political prerequisites for successful development of our state are being created, in which a reformed state administration will be the mainstay of the entire system of new organisation of state power.
The Minister said that the creation of a legal framework for building a professional state administration has been almost entirely completed with the adoption of all necessary laws and by-laws, adding that in the past two and a half years, seven laws and 24 by-laws were adopted.
Speaking about the reform of Serbia's state administration, the Minister stated that it can be said that legal foundations for the development of a modern state administration have been fully established.
The professional counseling meeting which will last until October 7 is attended by distinguished professors of labour and social law from all Serbian universities, prominent judges of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and district courts, as well as experts who work on the creation and supervision of legal acts in the ministries for public administration and local self-government, labour, employment and social policy.
