New constitution guarantees real decentralisation

Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic opened today the renovated sports centre “Dvorska Basta” in Sremski Karlovci, in whose reconstruction the government spent over 18.5 million dinars.
Dinkic said on this occasion that the new constitution guarantees a real decentralisation of powers within Serbia and that the new constitution will provide autonomy for Vojvodina, as the province will get its own funds and will dispose with its own property, which has not been the case so far.
He also announced capital investment of nearly €180 million in Vojvodina per annum.
