The building spans some 800 square metres and has all material and technical conditions for fast and efficient work, Stojkovic said.
He recalled that the Ministry secured substantial funds to improve work and efficiency of this court as an important and necessary factor for the functioning and the development of this region.
The Minister said that nearly 46 million was spent for equipment and construction of the building and added that the introduction of a computer system will further improve the court’s work.
President of the Higher Commercial Court Radomir Lazarevic announced the reconstruction and equipment of commercial courts in Nis and some other cities.
He also noted that understanding and support of the Ministry of Justice is of great importance.
According to him, the 17 commercial courts in Serbia are the most efficient in their work as they increased their promptness by 47%, which is proven by numerous analyses and reports.
