Referendum on constitution is certain to succeed

Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar said today that the referendum on constitution will certainly succeed because the voice of the people of Kosovo-Metohija will be heard through this referendum.
In a statement to the news agency Beta, Loncar expressed conviction that the referendum will confirm with the unified will of the entire nation that Serbia’s constitution should define Kosovo-Metohija as an integral part of Serbia’s territory.
