Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic opened today the 14th meeting of Serbian commercial courts and noted that commercial courts are the most efficient and fastest in the Serbian judiciary system.
Unlike other areas, the judiciary is least susceptible to corruption, Stojkovic said and added that criminal cases against judges of the Belgrade Commercial Court are individual cases.
The meeting is being organised by the Higher Commercial Court, under the auspices of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Commercial Court Administration Strengthening Activity (CCASA) reform project in Serbia from September 13 to 15.
