After the signing of the agreement, Kojadinovic said that in line with the Labour Law, this collective agreement for workers in the institutions of culture founded by the Republic, regulates in more detail the rights, obligations and duties of employees, as well as the mutual relationship between the parties to the agreement.
The Minister said that among other things, the agreement regulates employment, working hours, holidays and sick leaves, salaries, payments, breach of employment, safety and health of workers, peaceful resolution of disputes, responsibility of employees, remuneration, right to strike and terms for trade unions.
The previous agreement from 1996 expired last year and the new one was also necessary because of the new Labour Law, Kojadinovic said.
