In a statement to RTS, Parivodic said that the bill got support of two largest foreign investors’ associations in Serbia, the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) and the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), which gather some 250 companies.
He noted that the arrival of foreign investors also means changing the country’s image and thousands of new job openings and added that the Ministry and the government are creating conditions for the private capital to move Serbia forward.
The Minister added that the new law will introduce the “one shelter” system thus addressing the problems of red tape and corruption.
Parivodic stressed that denationalisation, land reform as well as the overall change of the system are part of the reforms carried out by the Ministry.
