All Montenegrin citizens must be allowed to vote in referendum

Head of the Serbian government’s Office of Media Relations Srdjan Djuric said today that all Montenegrin citizens living in Serbia should vote in a possible referendum because it is their basic human right and he pointed out that allegations of counting ethnicities are untrue and malevolent.
Djuric told FoNet news agency that this concerns the some 260,000 Montenegrin citizens who belong to the Montenegrin, but also to the Serb, Bosniak, and other ethnicities, and he stressed that there is clearly no room for inappropriate and nervous reactions and that the most important thing at this moment is to enable the citizens of Montenegro to vote in a possible referendum.
