The contract was signed in the presence of Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic. After expressing gratitude to the government and the people of Japan, the Minister said that Serbia highly appreciates the understanding and the aid that have been reaching health centres all over Serbia for years.
According to him, since 1998, Japanese donations to Serbia have amounted to 14 million dinars. This latest donation, with equipment for haemodialysis patients and emergency surgical wardens, provides some vital parts for two important health centres.
