Labus announced the changes to the Serbian Constitution which will allow foreigners to purchase land in the country and stressed that privatisation tenders for telecommunications, energy and electrical companies will be announced by the end of June.
He recalled that a new Corporate Register Agency has been set up and that the procedure to found a company has been simplified and now lasts only several days.

EBRD President Jean Lemierre said that this institution has invested over €800 million in Serbia-Montenegro in the past five years and described EBRD’s experience in Serbia-Montenegro as very positive, stressing that investment risk is much lower than usually perceived.
