Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Miroljub Labus said today at the opening of Vladimirovci-based factory Narva, which manufactures light bulbs that consume less electricity, that this factory will be important for the whole municipality of Alibunar and the whole of Serbia, as it will increase the country’s energy efficiency level.
According to factory owner Branko Stojisavljevic, the construction of the Vladimirovci plant took two years and the investment is estimated at around €720,000.
The retail price of energy saving bulbs will be around 300 dinars, he said, noting that their lifespan is estimated at around two years or 6,000 hours.
He explained that average consumption for two years is 16 ordinary bulbs, which means that citizens will save approximately 1,100 dinars if they opt for Narva light bulbs.
