Serbian Minister of Education and Sport Slobodan Vuksanovic talked today in Kraljevo with principals of elementary schools in the Kraljevo and Aleksandrovac municipalities. He presented two computers each to representatives of all elementary schools in the territory of these two municipalities as gifts of the ministry.
Vuksanovic announced that eight new schools will be built in Serbia owing to an agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB). This agreement is worth €25 million and the funds will also be used for the reconstruction of existing schools.
The Minister said that one of those eight schools will be the medical high school in Kraljevo, which is 3,000 square metres and has a value of €3 million. He assessed that this agreement is the most direct confirmation that reforms are being implemented and that adequate work is being done, as otherwise this kind of cooperation would not occur.
Computers were received at 25 schools from Kraljevo and 10 from Aleksandrovac.
