Bogosavljevic-Boskovic said that €35 million will be available this year, and the first tenders will be published in the second half of 2016, through which farmers will be able to get from €700,000 to €1.5 million.
She explained that one of the conditions for implementation of the IPARD Programme is the establishment of an IPARD monitoring committee, which will, together with the management body, monitor the implementation of the programme.
The Minister pointed out that the process of European integration of Serbia and the status of EU candidate country opened up the possibility of using EU pre-accession funds for rural development.
If we are efficient and successfully implement IPARD II programme with the participation of users, in the coming years we will have investments worth approximately €400 million in rural development, Bogosavljevic-Boskovic said.
