Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic stated today after commissioning the “Belgrade 20” substation in the neighbourhood of Mirijevo, that Belgrade and Serbia are becoming a better and safer place for all citizens in terms of energy supply.
He announced that the Serbian government will continue to work on boosting Serbia’s economy.
Slowly but safely Serbia is exiting the economic crisis, which is confirmed by all international institutions – the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the World Bank, Vucic concluded.
Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic underlined that with the construction of the “Belgrade 20” substation in Mirijevo, the capital of Serbia has achieved energy stability and added that this facility will be one of the links in the European electricity transmission system.
