Finnish SISU Auto takes over FAP

Minister of Economy Zeljko Sertic confirmed today that it is most likely that the Serbian Privatisation Agency will announce within the next two days that the privatisation of truck manufacturer FAP from Priboj has been completed successfully as the Finnish company SISU Auto has met the conditions of the competition.
Sertic recalled that SISU Auto was the only company to offer bid for the privatisation of FAP and that after the announcement by the Privatisation Agency, it will come to Priboj and officially take over facilities that were the subject of privatisation.
He pointed out that in this manner, other parts of the factory in Priboj which were not the subject of privatisation will have a greater chance to locate strategic partners.
