Russian fire extinguishing aircraft to be at Nis airport from 25 August to 15 September

The government at tonight's meeting decided to send a request to the government of the Russian Federation that the aircraft fire extinguishing system of the Russian Ministry for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (aircraft Beriev Be-200) be located at the airport in Nis from 25 August to 15 September.
In addition, the government will send a request that the helicopter Kamov K-32 that is already in Nis remain at the airport in Nis in the period from 16 September to 1 October 2012, with the aim of more efficient fire fighting at several locations in Serbia.
