Nine companies go private for 715 mln dinars

The Serbian Privatisation Agency announced that today it sold nine companies for a total of 715.3 million dinars.

The companies sold at today’s 178th public auction include:
- Narodne Novine, Nis - Sloga, Valjevo - Rad, Vlasotince - Juzna Morava, Vladicin Han - Zmaj, Smederevo - Konus Koneks - Legrap, Leskovac - Zorka - Drustveni Standard, Sabac - Zastava Masine, Kragujevac.
The auction sales of Kooperativa in Belgrade, Krznara in Pirot, Javor in Kusici, Holding Poljotehna in Negotin, Krusevac Krusevac, Beli Timok in Knjazevac, Standard in Bor and Zorka – Plastika in Bogatic were pronounced unsuccessful.
The auction sale of Koza from Kragujevac has been postponed until October 26 while Belgrade wool company until November 30.
The sale of Bor equipment and spare parts company has also been unsuccessful.
