Minister of the Interior Bratislav Gasic and Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Serbia Chen Bo attended today the delivery of two truck scanners and four sets of baggage inspection scanners which the government of the People’s Republic of China donated to the Serbian government.

The donation worth €9.7 million will be used for vehicle inspection.
Gasic expressed his gratitude to the People’s Republic of China for the donation, whereby he highlighted the steel friendship between the two countries, noting that the donated equipment will contribute significantly to the fight against trafficking of people and goods.
Chen Bo said that police officers of the Ministry of the Interior successfully completed the training on the use of scanners, held by experts of company Nuchtech, the manufacturer of the donated equipment.
