Civil-military cooperation office opens in Vranje

State Secretary of Defence Zoran Jeftic attended today the opening of the civil-military cooperation office in Vranje whose aim will be to support units of the Serbian Army in improving communication with civil structures in the south of Serbia.
Jeftic said that the office was financed with €4,000 by the Norwegian government noting that this is first such office that will communicate with the civil sector, NGOs, the Coordinating Body for the South of Serbia and other interested parties.
Representative of Norway Terje Haverstad expressed satisfaction that his country financially supported the opening of this office.
In the next few days the office will make public its activities planned for the upcoming period.
