Closer cooperation of higher educational institutions necessary

Serbian Minister of Education Zoran Loncar said today in a meeting with rectors of 12 state and private universities in Serbia that the main tasks for the next period include gradual and well-conceived systemic measures.

Therefore, it is necessary to establish closer cooperation among crucial institutions of higher education, according to the Ministry.
Rectors supported the systemic position of the Ministry that will through a partner relation result in a higher education strategy.
A positive assessment of reform of the Serbian education system in a Conference of Ministers in London is a great responsibility and obligation that commits us to pass a national framework of qualification and introduce international cooperation in quality insurance system in the next two years.
It is also necessary to improve the standards of students, the statement from the Ministry reads.
