Stojkovic said that €8 million have been set aside this year for improvement of working conditions of courts, excluding donations.
He added that years' old losses of courts in the amount of RSD 630 million have also been settled and recalled that €30 million have been set aside from the National Investment Plan for the judiciary.
Stojkovic said that the full computerisation of courts with a detailed database is yet to be carried out, Another task is to fight for higher salaries, with the rationalisation of the court network, but in such a way that justice be available to all citizens.
The Minister of Justice stated that the Serbian government has unanimously adopted the amnesty bill, stressing that "no one has promised deadlines for bringing amnesty."
Stojkovic voiced hope that those who care about Serbia and who voted for the new Constitution will also support the amnesty bill in parliament.
The Minister of Justice also visited Gornji Milanovac today, where he visited the renovated premises of the Municipal Court.
He said that this court, whose renovation cost RSD 5 million, is one of the most efficient in Serbia.
