Radio JAT sold for 2.7 million dinars

The Privatization Agency has stated that the Regional TV Centre acquired Radio JAT at the price of 2.7 million dinars.
The starting price stood at around 2.2 million dinars.
Two bidders competed to take over Radio JAT, namely Subotica-based Regional TV Centre and Belgrade-based Intesig.
Jat Airways decided on February 17 to sell its subsidiary Radio JAT and the government approved this decision on March 3.
The authorisation agreement between Jat Airways and the Privatisation Agency was signed on March 9.
