The Memorandum was signed by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Dragan Glamočić and Ambassador of Ukraine to Serbia Oleksandr Litvinenko. The signing was attended by the presidents of Serbia and Ukraine, Aleksandar Vučić and Volodymyr Zelensky.
