President of the Association of Journalists of Serbia-Montenegro Zika Nikolic and President of the Independent Association of Journalists Nebojsa Bugarinovic signed today with Director of the national air carrier Jat Airways Nebojsa Starcevic an agreement on business cooperation, which will enable members of these associations to receive a 30 percent discount on regular prices of domestic and international flights.

Serbian Minister of Culture Dragan Kojadinovoc, who attended the signing ceremony, said that this contract represents continuation of a yearlong successful cooperation between Jat and the Ministry of Culture, which is responsible for the media sector as well.
Director of Jat Airways Nebojsa Starcevic said that with this gesture, Jat Airways wants to help journalists to travel and to report objectively. He added that this company offers various discounts to all other categories of citizens and that it gives discounts or free tickets to persons who travel for medical reasons.
According to President of the Association of Journalists of Serbia-Montenegro Zika Nikolic, the signing of this agreement will significantly reduce working costs for journalists. He added that this association counts 2,600 members in Serbia and 500 in Montenegro.
