Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović met today with a delegation from the Belgian Federal Parliament to discuss Serbia’s accession to the European Union, as well as bilateral relations between the two countries.

Starović and members of the Belgian delegation, led by Member of the Chamber of Representatives Katrijn van Riet, also exchanged opinions on the importance of strengthening parliamentary cooperation for the process of European integration and the EU enlargement policy.
The meeting, which was also attended by Belgian Ambassador to Serbia Frederik Johan R. Develter, also looked at the importance of continuing political dialogue and cooperation with the aim of advancing Serbia’s European path and convergence with European standards.
