Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic, who is taking part in the work of the 26th Conference of Ministers of Justice of the Council of Europe in Helsinki, signed today on behalf of the State Union of Serbia-Montenegro the civil legal Convention on Corruption and the second additional Protocol to the European Convention on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.

Also attending the conference is a delegation of the Montenegrin Ministry of Justice headed by Minister Zeljko Sturanovic, who on behalf of the State Union of Serbia-Montenegro has signed the Convention on Cyber-Crime and an additional Protocol to the Convention on Cyber-Crime, related to the criminalisation of racist and xenophobic acts done through computer systems.
Conference participants will also discuss progress achieved in the fight against terrorism, social aspects of justice, especially the social mission of the criminal justice system, and the European prisons charter will be addressed as well.
