The improvement of cooperation concerns activities in the fields of technical regulations, standardisation, intellectual property, public procurements, the translation of EU legal heritage, financial assistance of the EU, as well as other issues of significance for a quick preparation of the negotiation process and the conclusion of the Agreement on Stabilisation and Association.
The meeting was dedicated to concrete initiatives and conclusions directed to the development of the “two-way track” model, especially those that will allow for the beginning of the process of negotiations and the conclusion of the Agreement on Stabilisation and Association after getting a positive feasibility study, reads the statement.
It was also agreed to continue as well as increase the level of cooperation between the Office and the Ministry, with the aim of exchanging experiences and of informing the governments of member-states about initiatives launched so as to further develop activities that will enable the speeding up of the process of association with the EU, according to the statement.
