The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on determining public interest and the special procedures of expropriation and the obtaining of documents for the construction of the “South Stream” system for transport of natural gas and the Bill on the conclusion and execution of international agreements.

Other documents adopted at the session are the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Slovenia on police cooperation and the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Bulgaria on mutual protection and exchange of classified information.
The government set up the Commission for examination of facts obtained in the investigations into murders of journalists. Veran Matic was appointed Chairman of the Commission.
The Working group for preparation of a draft law on financing the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina was set up, and Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic was appointed Chairman of the group.
The government authorised Minister of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning Milan Bacevic to sign a protocol on understanding between the Republic of Serbia and state Chinese company China Gezhouba Group Corporation for investigating the justifiability of construction of the Morava navigation channel through Serbia.
The decision on appointing Dusan Sijan President of Central Banat District was passed, as well as the decision on appointing Dragoljub Zindovic President of Zlatibor District.
The government appointed Milan Zivanovic Acting Director of the Civil Aviation Directorate of Serbia.
