The government adopted the Bill on protection of personal data. This Bill regulates the protection, processing and use of personal data and secures the rights to privacy.
The Bill on social housing was also adopted, which enables possibilities for meeting housing needs of the households that cannot afford a flat under market conditions.
These bills were sent to the Serbian parliament for immediate adoption.
The government ordered the Serbian Ministry of Interior to invalidate the stamps in the passports of all foreign citizens who instead of the UNMIK administration stamp have a stamp of the Republic of Kosovo and to certify their passports with a border stamp of the Republic of Serbia before they are allowed to enter Serbia.
At the session today the Serbian government adopted a series of decrees and decisions on job classification in the Cabinets of deputy prime ministers and ministers, and special organisations of the government.
The government adopted several decisions on appointment of state secretaries and assistants in the ministries, and directors in government services.
