The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that a sale agreement selling 68.36% of Belgrade-based Centrotextil was signed today with Home Art & Sales Services from Switzerland.
The basic elements of the first-ranked bid are the selling price of €18.9 million, investment programme worth €3 million and unconditional acceptance of the minimum requirements from the social welfare programme.
Also vying to buy Centrotextil were Equest Investments Bulgaria from the Virgin Islands and Raiffeisen Investment from Austria and a consortium comprising Media II, Media and BN Boss Company from Belgrade.
