Serbian Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic said today on his visit to the Zrenjanin commercial court, whose facilities were adapted and equipped with new office furniture, that this court achieves results important for the whole region.
Stojkovic told a press conference that this court was in a very poor condition two years ago and stressed that this court finished 137% of tasks annually and with 98% of confirmed rulings.
The Minister of Justice said that the Zrenjanin commercial court was the first that finished a bankruptcy procedure of one bank, Dijamant Banka, in a fast and efficient way.
After visiting equipped and computerised offices of the court, Stojkovic said that another €10 million was invested from additional sources in improving work conditions in Serbian courts.
During his stay in Zrenjanin, Stojkovic met with head of the Central Banat District and representatives of local authorities.
