Serbia, Morocco sign agreement on cooperation in field of judiciary

Minister of Justice Nela Kuburovic and her Moroccan counterpart Mohammed Aujjar signed in Marrakesh today the Agreement on cooperation between Serbia and Morocco in the field of justice, which envisages cooperation of the two ministries and exchange of experiences and practices.

The two justice ministries will cooperate in the affairs from their jurisdiction in order to harmonise national legislation with international standards.
The agreement also implies improvement of cooperation in the area of international legal assistance in civil and criminal matters, as well as in the promotion of electronic judiciary, modernisation of the judicial system, education and training of judicial administration personnel, advancement of judicial professions, and exchange of experiences in the field of reform and modernisation of the execution of criminal sanctions in accordance with international standards.
